TIMED ELECTRIC VALVES

22 Our basic offering is a dependable electronic drain that removes condensate from receivers, dryers, separators, filters and droplegs. GAD 22 comes with an isolation valve and stainless steel inlet strainer.

• 230 PSI design -190°F maximum • 115V-1-50/60, NEMA-4 • Settable for frequency and duration of opening with push-to-test and LED valve operating indicator. • Brass body-3/16” orifice • 1/2” NPT inlet-3/8” NPT outlet • Power cord - 6 ft.

400 Motorized ball valve discharges viscous or corrosive fluids from receivers, dryers, tanks, pipes or any equipment requiring regular draining. Unit has solid state timing controls that can be set for 6 minutes to 10 hours.

• 720 PSIG design - 150°F maximum • Stainless ball with nickel plated brass body • 115V-1-50/60, NEMA-4 • 1” NPT connections • Settable solid state timed opening frequency controller, 6 minutes - 10 hours • Power cord - 8 ft.

250 High capacity condensate drain for filters, dryers, tanks and separators. GAD 250 comes with isolation valve and stainless steel strainer.

• 300 PSI design - 180°F maximum • Brass body - 7/16” orifice • 115V-1-50/60, weatherproof • 1/2” NPT inlet, 1/4” NPT outlet • Settable for frequency and duration of opening with push-to-test and LED “power on” and “drain open” indicator • Power cord - 6 ft.

NO WASTE DEMAND VALVES

[Atlas Copco Logo]

The range of EWD electronically controlled condensate drains is synonymous with safe, dependable and economical condensate management.

The intelligent drain function monitors condensate build-up with liquid level sensors and evacuates the condensate only when necessary, thus avoiding wastage of compressed air and giving considerable energy savings.

The EWD drain device offers security and confidence, enabling you to solve all condensate discharge problems even with heavily contaminated systems.

A wide range of different EWD drains is available for oil contaminated condensate and may also be provided with additional hard coating for use with oil-free and aggressive condensate.

1700 Automatically level actuated and pneumatically controlled, the 1700 is a no-waste valve which can be placed at any point in the compressed air system. The valve has no electrical requirements, and may be placed in hazardous locations or remote areas. • 170 PSIG standard design - 170°F maximum • Stainless steel valve body and ball available • 1/2” NPT liquid connections • 1/4” NPT control air connection.

OTHER MODELS:

Corrosion Handler - Resists acid and corrosive effluents

Vacuum Handler - ‘No-waste’ drain for vacuum
