DA Series Dryers combine the newest technology in heat transfer with AIRTEK’s proven refrigeration system. Designed to provide the best combination of performance and economy, the DA Series Dryer is the best choice when initial cost and/or space constraints are part of the decision making process. Available in models from 10 to 625 SCFM, AIRTEK quality and performance are inherent in the DA design and manufacturing process. The DA Series dryer (60 to 625 SCFM) incorporate an intergrated heat exchanger with Micro Mesh™ separator. These heat exchangers enable the package to be built on a smaller footprint. Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer The award-winning and patented Smart Cycle dryer offers the industry’s only guaranteed 33°-39°F (1° to 4°C) dew point performance from 0% to 100% load. This guarantee is made possible because the patented refrigeration system allows for the safe use of a fully active evaporator that results in the coldest (driest) air possible in any refrigerated dryer. This patented design also allows for operation of the dryer in either a cycling or non-cycling mode. A digital readout of lowest air temperature is prominently and continuously displayed on the control panel. Smart Cycle performance, reliability, and efficiency are unmatched in our industry. 5-Year Warranty Package Cycling Refrigerated Dryer with Cold Coalescer AIRTEK’s Cold Trap® (CT) Series Refrigerated Dryer has all the same features of the award-winning and patented Smart Cycle®, with the addition of a built-in multi-stage high efficiency coalescing filter in place of the conventional, less efficient moisture separator. Using the coalescing filter immediately after the chiller, allows for filtration at the coldest possible temperature, which results in filtration efficiency up to 100 times better than at higher temperatures typically found in compressed air systems. Due to the pre-separation of bulk contaminants in the first stage of the filter, these contaminants never reach the high efficiency coalescing element, thereby greatly reducing pressure drop cost, and extending element life to 3-4 times that of conventional filters. As with the Smart Cycle® Series, the Cold Trap® design offers the industry’s only 33°-39°F (1° to 4°C) dew point guarantee at loads from 0% to 100%. No other refrigerated dryer, at any price, can match the Cold Trap Series performance, reliability, efficiency, and versatility.
Non-Cycling Refrigerated Air Dryer Designed to provide maximum reliability and consistent performance, AIRTEK’s Elite Series Refrigerated Dryer uses virtually the same refrigeration design as the award-winning Smart Cycle dryer. Through the use of a fully active evaporator with patented flood back protection, the Elite Series is able to lower compressed air temperature more effectively and efficiently than competitive dryers. The Elite Series functions as a non-cycling dryer only and is a good choice when pricing flexibility is necessary. 2-Year Warranty Package
High Inlet Temperature Refrigerated Dryers Standard refrigerated dryers are designed to operate at inlet temperatures typically up to 120°F (49°C) maximum. Failing to size the dryer properly to account for higher inlet temperatures will result in dryer failure. AIRTEK offers both the Smart Cycle and Elite units in the “HIT” Series, capable of handling inlet temperatures as high as 180°F (82°C). Using extended heat exchanger surface area, and an expanded condensing system, the “HIT” dryer delivers consistent dew points in extreme temperature environments.
