7.5 to 30 horsepower. More sizes to folllow. Full Feature option provides a complete compressed air system with refrigerated air dryer and filtration integrated with the air compressor on an appropriately sized air receiver tank.
The compressed air flow ranges from 17 to 134 cfm with pressure variants of 100 to 175 psig. To save energy the GX compressors will automatically shut off when no compressed air is needed in the workshop. Combined with time proven patented rotary screw technology and a high efficiency motor, the GX series offers low power consumption with high air delivery and 100% duty cycle. All air all the time.
Sound levels range from a low of 66 dB(A) to 71 dB(A) allowing placement directly in the automotive workshop if desired, freeing up valuable space, keeping it quiet, and reducing installation costs to a minimum.
The service friendly GX air compressor design affords the availability of prepackaged service kits insuring swift, easy and cost efficient routine maintenance. From design to production to delivery, Atlas Copco Compressors, Inc. adheres to the ISO 9001 management system insuring quality products and quality customer service.
All air treatment equipment required to provide clean, dry, filtered compressed air can be factory supplied, plumbed and electrified within the sound proof enclosure. Manufactured, assembled and certified by Atlas Copco in an ISO 9001 environment. Included in the GX Full Feature group of air compressors is the following equipment.
- A built in and simple separation system providing less than 3PPM oil carryover.
- Air cooled aftercooler, knocking out 70% of the water found in compressed air.
- A high performance Atlas Copco refrigerated compressed air dryer to provide low dew point air to the workshop. Installed, plumbed, wired together. All enclosed in soundproofing.
- A general
or high efficiency compressed air filter to provide the "clean"
in clean, dry air.
The GX Pack variant offers all the benefits of the Full Feature, but excludes the refrigerant air dryer and down stream compressed air filters if they are not needed.
